David holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College of Health Sciences in Manhattan. He also received a dual degree in biology and in health sciences from Lander College for Men, Touro's honor program in Queens, NY.
David's primary sports and orthopedic physical therapy experience is from Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation (STAR) on 56th St in Manhattan. David's experience allowed him to gain knowledge of post-operative rehab protocols, and build relationships with top doctors in the NY Presbyterian Network, as well as Hospital for Special Surgery. David's experience at STAR offered the opportunity to study the kinematics of Golf directly from PTs certified by Titleist Performance Institute.
In addition to his rich sports and orthopedic background, David is in private practice, providing house calls to seniors along the Jersey Shore and Lakewood areas. This vast knowledge base of geriatric, post-surgical, and sport rehab, combined with a strong orthopedic skillset that Touro College drills into their graduates, makes David an integral part of our team.
David's free time consists of jogging, cross-fit training, and volunteering on a local EMT squad. David has run several half marathons and is currently training to run yet another half marathon. However, all this intense training and exercise has not prepared him for the exhausting task of running after his kids.
